By accessing or using Restful AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
Restful AI is a document processing platform that uses artificial intelligence to extract data from uploaded documents and facilitate submission to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The service acts as a processing tool — you retain full ownership and responsibility for your data and ERP transactions.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Your password is used to derive the encryption key for your stored credentials — if you lose your password, we cannot recover your encrypted data. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the service; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; (e) use the service to process documents you do not have the right to process.
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any documents, business data, or content you process through the service. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded documents are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers. We store only account information, encrypted credentials, and usage metrics necessary to operate the service.
Restful AI integrates with third-party services including AI providers (Anthropic, Google Gemini) and ERP systems (Epicor). Your use of these services through Restful AI is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data handling practices of third-party services.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. We track AI model usage (token counts) per user for billing purposes. You are responsible for any charges incurred under your account.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Restful AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data before submitting it to your ERP system.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restful AI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate your account at any time. You may delete your account through the service or by contacting us. Upon termination, all stored data associated with your account (including encrypted credentials, usage records, and audit logs) will be permanently deleted. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
